摘要: Peripheral arterial disease and diabetic foot syndrome are common comorbidities in dialysis patients. These conditions treated with intermittent vacuum therapy order to increase angiogenesis perfusion. Some devices encase the lower extremities up abdomen. Here we report case of a patient who had performed peritoneal for 2 years without complications. Following postoperative therapy, he presented extensive catheter leakage. Ultimately be switched haemodialysis removed. This exemplifies that patients have substantial risk noninfectious catheter-related complications using therapy.
