摘要: Aim The American College of Surgeons has developed a registry, the National Quality Improvement Program Pediatric (NSQIP-P), that provides participating centers with high-quality surgical outcome data for children. Herein, we aimed to analyze first time short-term outcomes live-born infants congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH) registered on this large North database. Methods During 2015 2016, up 101 uploaded 95 perioperative points NSQIP-P database patients underwent repair CDH. The demographics, peri-, and post-operative (up 30 days following repair) CDH were reviewed. Binary logistic regression was performed test associations between risk factors mortality. Main Results There 432 (61% male) infants, who during study period. prematurity rate (gestational age  Conclusion This is report from Utilization ECMO low compared single-center studies America. early postoperative mortality babies considered suitable surgery remains high.
