摘要: Background: The success of combined periodontal and orthodontic approach in the treatment aggressive periodontitis patients with pathologic extruded anterior teeth is a main concern stability results an important factor to evaluate treatment. present study investigated parameters at end periodontitis. Materials Methods: Eight disease, maxillary incisors, infrabony defects probing depth ≥5 mm were enrolled this clinical trial (before, after). After therapy, was carried out for intrusion alignment teeth. Plaque index (PI), pocket (PPD), distance between incisal edge interdental papilla, root length (RL), defect dimensions (depth width) examined three as well 6 months afterward. data subjected repeated measure ANOVA test. P < 0.05 considered significant. Results: There statistically significant decrease PPD, PI, during T0, T3 T6 ( 0.05). No differences observed RL papilla = 0.95). Furthermore, width demonstrated up 0.042) while no changes from 3 noted 0.59). Conclusion: showed that would be successful acceptable case regular follow-up visits controlled oral hygiene habits.
