摘要: Squamous cell carcinomas make up the great majority of malignant tumors oral cavity. There is no unanimity as to preferred method treatment cavity carcinoma. Depending on policy institution, primary cancer treated either surgically or by radiotherapy. In locally advanced common practice apply radiation therapy a pre- postoperative adjuvant surgical resection. Solid evidence support validity this combined approach, however, lacking. Although chemotherapy and minor degree immunotherapy have received much interest over last decade, their role in management has yet be defined. Treatment metastatic neck nodes traditionally been surgery, although elective irradiation recommended for occult metastasis.
