摘要: This paper is focused on the process of performance measurement undertaken by different stakeholders in UK higher education sector, focusing institutional perspective. Different classes have motivations to measure performance. Institutions will be affected one hand state evaluation them, and other applicant's. The contribution Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) inform management explored illustrated an application University Warwick, using concepts from a technique support strategic option formulation, Boston Consulting Group (BCG) matrix.
