Effects of the Fluorine-Substitution and Acid Treatment on the Electrochemical Performances of 0.3Li2MnO3·0.7LiMn0.60Ni0.25Co0.15O2 Cathode Material for Li-Ion Battery

摘要: Abstract The 0.3Li 2 MnO 3 ·0.7Li[Mn 0.60 Ni 0.25 Co 0.15 ]O 1.975 F 0.025 cathode materials were synthesized by using a co-precipitation process in Couette-Taylor reactor. Fluorine was substituted to facilitate the movement of lithium ions forming more compact SEI layer and reduce dissolution transition metals, lower internal impedance with charging/discharging cycling. In order chemically remove Li O, ·0.7Li [Mn composites preconditioned HNO solution. acid-treated showed low initial irreversible capacity higher discharge capacity. fluorine-substituted delivered capacities, but it gradually increased during cycles.
