摘要: Gold nanostructures were fabricated on a transparent indium tin oxide (ITO) coated PET substrate by an electrodeposition technique from potassium gold (III) chloride solution for two different types of applications. It was found that the optical transparency lightweight ITO electrodes could be maintained depositing isolated while opening up use these inner sphere electron reactions, such as hydroquinone oxidation, which are not possible at electrodes. For practical applications adhesion to electrode improved modifying surface with 3-mercaptopropyl-trimethoxysilane (MPS). Compared Au/ITO, Au/MPS/ITO showed vastly electrochemical activity toward various transfer reactions when subjected mechanical stress. The biosensing properties also investigated studying detection immobilized DNA via impedance spectroscopy (EIS).
