摘要: The subject of the present work is modelling liquid streamwise flow velocity in two-phase boundary layer subcooled boiling under influence vapor bubbles. Subcooled experiments were carried out a horizontal test channel order to investigate interaction between bubbles and phase. heater surface was located at bottom channel. near-wall measured using two-component laser-Doppler anemometer. Based on experimental data model proposed describe impact gaseous phase motion regime. It observed that axial profiles near wall follow logarithmic law similar used turbulent single-phase over rough surfaces. this finding it suggested analogously effect roughness. correlation developed for an equivalent roughness associated with yields good agreement modeled data.Copyright © 2005 by ASME
