摘要: The sulphoaluminate cement was, for the first time, used to fabricate 0-3 piezoelectric composites by compressing technique. dependences of properties on poling conditions, particle size and contents Lead Zirconate Titanate (PZT) were discussed especially. results show that are improved increasing field E, time t temperature t. optimum T 4.0 kV/mm, 45 min 120°C respectively in this work. strain factor d33 is found increase with PZT. When PZT larger than about 130 μm, nearly independent size. d33, g33 electromechanical coupling coefficient Kp, Kt rapidly content reaches 85%, Kp 28.54 28.19%, respectively.
