摘要: Psychological assessment of mentally disordered offenders requires a systematic consideration response styles, including malingering and defensiveness. Important components these evaluations are standardized diagnostic interviews. However, the ability to feign mental disorders on such measures achieve external incentives as treatment, placement safer units, or possible release from jail remains uninvestigated. With known-groups comparison with data Structured Interview Reported Symptoms criterion, 24 suspected malingerers were compared 64 genuine patients Schedule Affective Disorders Schizophrenia (SADS), abbreviated SADS-C, Suicide Probability Scale, Referral Decision Scale.
