摘要: We experimentally demonstrate classical-optical logic operations in a solid-state memory, coherently driven by variants of stimulated Raman adiabatic passage (STIRAP). Cyclic transfer atomic populations permits the implementation flip-flop or xor gate, with up to eight optical input operations. Observation emission as an additional output channel enables setup STIRAP-driven full adder for three bits (or two and memory bit).
