摘要: Erythropoietin is the primary regulator of red blood cell formation in mammals. Because its extreme scarcity, very little information available regarding structural features this important glycoprotein. We report here structure human urinary erythropoietin, determined by protein sequencing. In addition, sites glycosylation, assignment disulfide bonds, and circular dichroism hormone analyzed for secondary comparison with prediction from sequence are presented.
