摘要: Abstract V and Ti co-doped LiFePO 4 /C composites were synthesized by a wet milling assisted carbothermal reduction technology. The structure, morphology electrochemical performance of the samples characterized X-ray diffraction (XRD), photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), magnetic susceptibility, positron annihilation lifetime spectra (PAS), scanning electron microscope (SEM), charge/discharge tests, impedance (EIS) cyclic voltammograms (CV). results showed that kept olivine structure , but synergistic effects between 3+ 4+ in lattice can increase disorder degree create Li + vacancies /C, thus improve electronic conductivity diffusion coefficient. LiV 0.069 0.025 Fe 0.905 PO delivers an initial discharge capacity 144.1 mAh g −1 with retention ratio 99.4%, 96.3% 93.6% after 100, 200 300 cycles at 10C, respectively. Remarkably, it still gives high 124.8 mAh g even rate 20C.
