摘要: Abstract Registration of unipolar epicardial leads the exposed heart dog with a high fidelity oscillograph reveal several peculiarities in form QRS complex. For most parts surface left ventricle, intrinsic deflection consists three parts; slow portion after zenith R wave, one near nadir S and between these two fast portion. With differential it is proved that at moment this part written, subepicardial muscle under exploring electrode activated. The spike coincides rapid deflection. In instance relation could be for human heart. This connection holds also extrasystoles gradually widening complexes during increasing anoxemia. By use multiple electrodes, results were obtained pointing to existence on many activation waves propagated very small area. accord other authors was found over-all direction from apex base. concept critically analyzed. Only curves can called intrinsic. precordial impossible find constant point “intrinsic deflection” signals arrival wave nearest electrode.
