摘要: Intracytoplasmic morphologically selected sperm injection (IMSI) is now a reality in ART practice but still with lot of questions regarding (1) the terminology vacuoles, their classification, location on head, and origin meaning; (2) application IMSI instead vitro fertilization cases unexplained infertility; (3) age woman; (4) technical aspects. We have to be aware that this technique demanding has performed best working conditions so as not impair oocyte quality. The introduction advantage embryologists realize more attention paid during selection even case classical intracytoplasmic (ICSI). leads better quality blastocysts and, consequence, it increases chances selecting proper embryo for transfer high implantation potential. Even though there no real proof human species abnormal outcome generated by spermatozoa carrying higher better-resolution added an additional tool ICSI knowing possible consequence DNA damage offsprings.
