摘要: We consider the problem of network-sensitive service selection (NSSS): finding services that match a particular set functional and network properties. Current solutions handle this using two-step process. First, user obtains list candidates through discovery. Then, applies server technique to find best service. Such approaches are complex expensive since each has solve NSSS independently. In paper, we present simple alternative: discovery (NSSD). By integrating network-sensitivity into process, NSSD allows users who looking for specify both desired properties at same time. Users benefit they only have restricted version problem. Moreover, can more efficiently by amortizing overhead over many users. design NSSD, prototype implementation, experimental results illustrate how be utilized different applications.
