摘要: The multi-decade deformation prediction of bonded anchors under sustained load is paramount to the safe and economical design civil structures, especially for adhesive anchors. Yet, there considerable lack guidelines on how actually predict life-time performance such systems given various installation in-service conditions, aging visco-elastic nature both involved materials—concrete polymer-based mortar—and typically short observation durations weeks only. In this contribution authors critically review current practice product qualification by means 1000 h creep tests entire anchor systems, extrapolated 50 years compared a deterministic limit. Based available data sets two typical products market as specified in most normative documents recommendations investigated, from scientific practical point view. As result, uncertainties owing different sources are elaborated, suitability model combination with extrapolation techniques evaluated, safety factors based those discussed.
