摘要: We isolated nine new dinucleotide microsatellites for the deep-sea fish Hoplostethus atlanticus. These loci are generally highly polymorphic, with allele number ranging from 3 to 31 and observed heterozygosity 0.067 0.933. In conjuction previously published loci, these markers will be useful fine-scale analysis of population structure in this commercially important threatened species.
