摘要: In this chapter, we provide a general description of climate change adaptation as an idea and set practices. It begins with account the changing perspectives overview key aspects, including sectors most activity, goals, measures barriers. The relationship to two related discourses, namely disaster risk reduction sustainable development, is examined influence on discussed. Three frameworks are identified discussed: Resilience, Transition Transformation. A critical review undertaken resilience framework issue whether or not it constitutes means continue status quo in political context.
