摘要: The ultrastructure of the spermatozoon Siphoderina elongata was studied by transmission electron microscopy. A description and drawings mature are presented in this paper. Several ultrastructural elements male gamete have been observed: a nucleus, two mitochondria, axonemes 9 + "1" pattern, external ornamentation plasma membrane, spine-like bodies cortical microtubules. presence, location or number these compared with other digenean spermatozoa. Moreover, close attention paid to organization region. This zone presents single row microtubules disposed semi-circle around mitochondrion associated bodies. aim study is highlight criteria which can be interesting Platyhelminthes phylogeny.
