摘要: Pyrrolizidine alkaloids (PA) are toxic for human and livestock. They undergo a metabolic toxication process in the liver which is first target organ PA poisoning. Worldwide many episodes of intoxications well reported. In cases reason these has been contamination food. The main tools analysing food fodder on content based GC HPLC separation, followed by MS(-MS) detection. Actual incidents with 'Jacobaea vulgaris (syn. Senecio jacobaea) problem' Europe 'Ageratum conyzoides Ethiopia.
