摘要: Abstract Umbilical cord endothelial cells were obtained by collagenase digestion and maintained in culture. Release of factor VIII related antigen (FVIIIRAG) ristocetin co-factor activity demonstrated specific assays. Synthesis FVIIIRAG was confirmed incorporation 35S L-methionine into immunoprecipitate two dimensional crossed immunoelectrophoresis (2DCIE) autoradiography. synthesised had increased anodal electrophoretic mobility compared to that normal adult blood. procoagulant (FVIIIC) cultured not coagulation assay. A rabbit antiserum FVIIIRAG/FVIIIC rendered non precipitating apparently monospecific for FVIIIC absorption with immobilised dissociated FVIIIRAG. Using this antigenic determinants detected immunohistological means or vascular intima. The results suggest the released a modified, incomplete precursor form VIII.
