摘要: Abstract Introduction: Effective crew resource management (CRM) may play a major role in decreasing the number of accidents and increasing overall safety air medical programs. The purpose study was to compare responses members, variety situations, who received CRM training those did not. numerical results were used evaluate effectiveness awareness promoting team concepts. Method: During 12-month period, members randomly selected programs (fixed- rotor-wing) surveyed by questionnaire. Participants asked if they had CRM, effective communication, team-building training. next 15 questions pertained interaction/communication everyday emergent situations scored on Likert scale (1 = strongly agree 5=strongly disagree). A lower total score indicated greater understanding communication. Results: mean three identified areas (initial team-building, communications) (37.96, SD ± 7.67) found be significantly than none (44.13, 5.0) P Conclusion: Based results, increases promotes concepts both situations.
