New simple endoscopic operations for interstitial pregnancies.

摘要: Abstract Objectives: Our aim was to report a new approach of endoscopic management (endoloop and encircling suture methods) for interstitial or cornual pregnancy determine the safety effectiveness these procedures their effects on subsequent pregnancies. Study Design: This is an uncontrolled retrospective review 24 patients treated pregnancies through operations with 14 72 months follow-up at large urban medical center. Blood loss, operation time, changes serum human chorionic gonadotropin levels, resumption menstruation, after were analyzed. Results: Among pregnancies, 3 had ruptured time 21 not ruptured. Treatment consisted either vasopressin electric cauterization method, endoloop before evacuation conceptus method.
