摘要: ABSTRACT Oocyte fertilization rate progressively decreases with the increase of interval time from ovulation. This phenomenon follows and parallels gradual dispersion cumulus expanded mass surrounding ovulated oocytes. Mouse COCs, in vitro FSH presence serum, undergo to dissociation similarly vivo gonadotropin-stimulated COCs. Metabolic labelling newly synthesized hyaluronan this culture condition has allowed determining that process depends on matrix disassembly release. In present paper we provide evidence an increasing number cells apoptosis after expansion release closely correlates process. addition, show when is experimentally prevented, preserved fertilizability enclosed oocyte prolonged.
