摘要: This paper seeks to present the strategy of an EU –funded Integrated Project various million Euros: EXIOPOL (“A New Environmental Accounting Framework Using Externality Data and Input-Output Tools for Policy Analysis”). particularly with regard its part on environmentally extended input output analysis. The project consists 37 institutes, is lead by FEEM TNO, will run between 2006 2010. has three principal objectives: (a) synthesise develop further estimates external costs key environmental impacts Europe; (b) set up (EE) (I-O) framework EU-25 in a global context which as many these possible are included, allowing estimation (expressed LCA themes, material requirement indicators, ecological footprints costs) different economic sector activities, final consumption activities resource countries EU; (c) apply results cost EE I-O analysis policy questions importance, well evaluation value impact past research policy-making EU. Keywords: input-output analysis, I-O, footprint, life cycle assessment, total requirement, supply use tables
