Surface photoelectric properties of AgNbO3 photocatalyst

摘要: The surface photoelectric property of AgNbO3 photocatalyst particles is investigated by photovoltage spectroscopy (SPS) and electric field-induced (EFISPS). In the SPS, two response peaks appear separately in visible ultraviolet light regions. EFISPS results indicate that peak region could be enhanced decreased using a positive negative external bias, respectively. This phenomenon suggests photocatalytic activity tuned voltage bias.
