摘要: Urachus fistulas are rare, especially in adulthood. In grown-ups urachus usually a reflection of Crohn’s disease. We present patient whom an fistula was the first presentation diverticulitis sigmoid colon. The need for proper preoperative diagnostic imaging is discussed.
