摘要: Enterotoxin from Clostridium perfringens was shown to retain its biological activity after labelling with 125I. When injected intravenously into mice and rats, most of the radioactivity in organs present form intact toxin. Studies tissue distribution labelled enterotoxin showed largest amounts liver, where reached a maximum 10--15 min administration. The highest concentration per g found liver kidneys. excreted urine as mixture toxin low molecular weight degradation products. In vitro studies purified parenchymal cells rapid release lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) during treatment enterotoxin, thus indicating severe membrane damage.
