摘要: Abstract Cultured stocks of Entamoeba hartmanni , Endolimax nana Iodamoeba buetschlii and Dientamoeba fragilis were compared with the four histolytica groups already described ( Sargeaunt et al. 1978), by electrophoretic patterns three enzymes: glucose phosphate isomerase (GPI), phosphoglucomutase (PGM) L-malate: NADP+ oxidoreductase (oxalacetate-decarboxylating) (ME). All species easily distinguished their characteristic patterns.
