摘要: LabKey Server (formerly CPAS, the Computational Proteomics Analysis System) provides a Web-based platform for mining data from liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) proteomic experiments. This open source supports systematic analyses and secure management, integration, sharing. incorporates several tools currently used in analysis, including X! Tandem search engine, ProteoWizard toolkit, PeptideProphet ProteinProphet tools. These others are integrated into Server, which an extensible architecture developing high-throughput biological applications. The analysis pipeline acts on standardized file formats, so that researchers may use with other engines, Mascot or SEQUEST, follow format reporting engine results.
