摘要: The problem treated is that of identifying the poles a finite order system by observing its transient decay after cessation input, for limited time, using (possibly) multiple observation points and experimental repetition. Various approaches are studied, having common characteristic homogeneous matrix equation must be solved. Several techniques have been given scant attention in literature consolidated geometric treatment, together with new results including an analytical treatment consequences assuming excessively high order, derivation statistically unbiased estimate intermediate parameter solution, theorems on error effects, recipe effective use singular value decomposition, method suppression extraneous poles.
