摘要: As we recognize how taxing our profession can be, therapist's self-care has become a salient topic in mental health. However, are still discerning to promote practice and training. In this paper, present study on the personal gains that MFT students experienced after participating Person-of-the-Therapist Training (POTT). We propose reported changes (better understanding of self, change relational changes, as process) constitute improvements trainees' well-being, therefore be considered self-caring behaviors practices. state models like POTT, focus embracing vulnerability, help clinicians more caring toward ourselves. conclude paper by presenting clinical training recommendations.
