摘要: Background: Acrylates are increasingly observed to be a cause of allergic contact dermatitis (ACD), especially in the cosmetic industry. Patients suspected acrylate allergy generally tested 33 acrylates, and acrylate-allergic patients commonly react positively many these allergens. Objective: The objective study was develop short list screening acrylates diagnose wearing artificial nails. Methods: Twenty-three with ACD were studied their patch test reaction rates analyzed identify that most frequently positive. Results: Based on frequency which each positive group 11 nails known use specific nail industry, ethyl acrylate, 2-hydroxy etylene glycol dimethacrylate, α cyanoacrylate, triethylene diacrylate identified as acrylates. Conclusion: pattern cross-reactivity among suggests functional is “carboxy side group” may requisite for acrylates.
