摘要: We have utilized nanosphere lithography (NSL) to fabricate ordered Au nanodisk and nanohole arrays on substrates studied the localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) of arrays. Through these investigations, we demonstrate that angledependent behavior LSPR in enables real-time observation exciton-plasmon couplings. In addition, show NSL-fabricated can be applied as templates for patterning micro-/nanoparticles under capillary force. The unique structural plasmonic characteristics arrays, well low-cost high-throughput NSL-based nanofabrication technique, render excellent platforms numerous engineering applications.
