摘要: Circadian rhythms in physiological and behavioral functions gradually resynchronize after phase shifts environmental time cues. In order to characterize the rate of circadian resynchronization a diurnal primate model, temperature, locomotor activity, polygraphically determined sleep-wake states were monitored squirrel monkeys before 8-h an light-dark cycle 12 h light dark (LD 12:12). For temperature rhythm, took 4 d delay shift 5 advance shift; for rest-activity cycle, times 3 6 d, respectively. The activity acrophase shifted more rapidly than early post-delay interval, but this internal desynchronization between disappeared during course resynchronization. Further study process requires emphasis on identifying evoked effects measuring pacemaker function.
