Closed treatment resulted in if initial did not exceed 2 mm. This required close follow-up for detection displacement. Percutaneous pinning nondisplaced minimally displaced is an acceptable alternative any situation which scrutiny cannot ensured. Those greater than mm should reduced, pinned, immobilized 6-8 weeks. Evidence delayed union after 8 weeks indication internal fixation possibly bone grafting. Established nonunions good position are best treated by open reduction In this series, varus deformity was most common deviation from a normal carrying angle. The functional invariably regardless radiographic or clinical findings.
