摘要: Abstract This paper analyses a set of generic options for national REDD+ governance structures – i.e., (a) market/project based architecture; (b) system with funds outside existing administrations; (c) fund organized under the present administration; and (d) conditional budget support. The analysis is on experiences from different, but similar e.g., Clean Development Mechanism, payments ecosystem services, environmental trust various forms While solution structure has been favored by many, we conclude that this most problematic alternative. Concerning other three, national/local conditions will be importance their functioning. If policies involve large part county's forested area, establishing good link to general forest sector necessary.
