摘要: Polymer scaffolds play an important role in tissue engineering applications. Poly(ethylene glycol) based hydrogels have received a lot of attention this field because their high biocompatibility and ease processing. However, many cases they do not exhibit proper invasion nutrient transport dense structure. In the present work, several approaches were developed compared to each other produce interconnected macroporous poly(ethylene by including different types porogens photocrosslinking reaction. The swelling capacity resulting was analyzed non-porous hydrogel samples. Moreover, obtained materials characterized means mechanical properties porosity using rheometry, scanning electron microscopy, mercury intrusion porosimetry. Results showed that uniform pores when porogen template used during fabrication photocrosslinking. On side, particles dispersed into macromer solution before matrix interconnexion negligible. templates must be dissolved hydrogel's cell-seeding vitro, while can situ vitro seeding tests.
