摘要: Sensitive models of climate change impacts would require a better integration multi-omics approaches that connect the abundance and activity microbial populations. Here, we show is fundamental driver protein Actinobacteria, Planctomycetes Proteobacteria, supporting hypothesis metabolic some dominant phyla may be closely linked to climate. These results improve our capacity construct predict impact in ecosystem processes.
