Psychological and dietary treatments of binge eating disorder: conceptual implications.

摘要: Objective The authors review the available literature on psychological and dietary treatment approaches for binge eating disorder (BED). Methods Studies were grouped according to versus BED. Studies reviewed in terms of general implications, but particular emphasis was placed drop-out rates, abstinence from eating, weight loss. Results Drop-out rates or averaged 20% presence did not confer a greater risk among obese individuals. Both produced approximately 50% at 12-month follow-up. show modest efficacy short-term loss, these effects are generally sustained long-term follow-up assessments. Discussion Psychological BED reasonable reduction, limited loss. These findings discussed validity construct need more psychopathology studies © 2003 by Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
