摘要: In this study, polyaniline (PANI) nanocomposites/silica (SiO2) nanoparticles are used in epoxy to create smart anticorrosive coatings for the alloy helicopters. SiO2 was synthesized by a sol–gel method with tetraethyl orthosilicate. Then, PANI/SiO2 nanocomposites were formed electrostatic method. Various tests, including Fourier-transform infrared, ultraviolet–visible spectroscopy, x-ray diffraction, thermo-gravimetric analysis and field-emission scanning electron microscopy, have been performed characterization of nanocomposites, results indicate that synthesis these has completed. 1 wt.% nanocomposite added into resin cured polyamine hardener. Epoxy/PANI/SiO2 30-µm thickness tested on helicopter body. The atomic weight fraction determined inductively-coupled plasma emission test. aluminum constitutes 98% alloy. Finally, sealed electrochemical impedance spectroscopy salt spray tests demonstrated epoxy/polyaniline/silica significantly increase properties epoxy.
