摘要: A colorimetric method based on the interaction between chloramphenicol degradation product 1-(4′-nitrophenyl)-2-aminopropane-1,3-diol and 2,4,6-trinitrobenzenesulfonic acid reagent was developed. Analytical solutions were reacted with at pH 9.1 for 20 min room temperature, resulting color measured 340 nm. linear relationship absorbance concentration occurred within 5–25-μg/ml range under conditions studied. Replicate analyses in good agreement. An average recovery of 99.4 ±M 0.4% obtained synthetic mixtures.
