摘要: Isolierte Tumorzellen konnen sowohl im peripheren Blut als auch Knochenmark (KM) von Patientinnen mit Mammakarzinom detektiert werden. Wahrend der Nachweis disseminierten (DTZ) primaren Mammakarzinompatientinnen einen unabhangigen Prognosefaktor (Level-I-Evidenz) darstellt, ist die prognostische Bedeutung zirkulierenden (ZTZ) in diesem Kollektiv noch nicht eindeutig geklart. Im Beitrag werden Relevanz ZTZ beim wie metastasierten und aktuelle Studienlage zu Thema erlautert.
