摘要: The reproducibility and validity of an algorithm for diagnosis adverse drug reactions (ADRs) were tested in a clinical spectrum 30 suspect cases. Using questionnaire derived from the three developers (nonexperts) agreed on probability ADR 67% cases, with pair-wise agreement varying 73% to 87%. two pharmacologic experts rose 47% without 63% algorithm, K w , chance-corrected index weighted agreement, increasing 0.26 0.57. algorithmic assessments nonexperts expert consensus 80% 83% appears provide reproducible valid method evaluating likelihood ADRs individual patients. Its use can help improve diagnostic epidemiologic approach these important, complex phenomena. ( JAMA 242:633-638, 1979)
