摘要: In the last three decades, range of resource value concepts recognized by economists has been considerably expanded. After a long-lasting period in which non priced goods evaluation efforts have directed mainly toward those things most readily measurable (i.e. consumptive on-site uses natural resources, like outdoor recreation, hunting, fishing, etc.), research interests turned more “slippery” valuations non-use values). This change focus taken place academia as well institutional setting environment-care countries, USA, where eighties were characterized an upsurge administrative regulations and norms1 that marked progressive widespread awareness necessity to take into account environmental resources comprehensive framework.
