摘要: Direct measurements of physical activity (PA) obtained with inertial measurement units (IMUs) secured to the upper arms and trunk 36 registered nurses working a full shift were compared commercially-available PA monitor (ActiGraph wGT3X-BT) worn at waist. Raw accelerations from each device summarized into counts/min metabolic equivalent (METs) categories using standard definitions. Differences between examined repeated measures one-way analyses variance (ANOVA) agreement was assessed Bland-Altman plots. Statistically significant differences observed all sensor locations for summary metrics except left right arm percentages work time in light moderate categories. plots suggested limited IMUs wGT3X-BT waist-worn monitor. Results indicate that vary substantially based on location.
