摘要: Radical antegrade modular pancreatosplenectomy (RAMPS) is a relatively new modification of the standard distal pancreatosplenectomy. In this method, dissection proceeds from right-to-left to achieve negative posterior resection margins. However, short-term and long-term outcomes RAMPS for pancreatic cancer have not yet been clarified. The aim study evaluate in patients who undergone RAMPS. Consecutive 49 were selected retrospective database Kanagawa Cancer Center 2000 2014. Data operative notes, pathology reports, postoperative data, outpatient data (recurrence survival) entered into database. All anterior median operation time was 278 min (range 140 625 mins). blood loss 850 ml 60 2790 ml). overall incidence morbidity 51.4 % mortality 0 %. Forty-one (83.7 %) had mean number lymph nodes harvested 15 27 node metastasis. After follow-up period 41.1 months, 1-year 3-year survival rates 84.1 38.6 %, respectively. Median 22.6 months. present results suggested that procedure might be safe feasible without an increase benefit compared with DP.
