Magnetic ordering in copper oxide planes of non-superconducting Bi2Sr2Ca0.3Y0.7Cu1.96Fe0.04O8.37

摘要: The hyperfine interaction at 57Fe nuclei in Bi2Sr2Ca0.3Y0.7Cu1.9657Fe0.04O8.37 was investigated by Mossbauer spectroscopy the temperature range 4.2-417 K. Magnetic ordering observed below Neel of about 412+or-5 dependence magnetic field could be well described using a highly anisotropic three-dimensional antiferromagnetic model. intra-planar exchange energy J and ratio gamma effective inter-planar to planar hopping strength are determined 2728 K 0.004, respectively, fitting. H 4.2 is 499 kOe.
