摘要: Abstract In this paper we first give a brief review of the different methods (first principle and semi-empirical) which can be used for theoretical studies magnetic properties ultra-thin systems from an electronic structure point view discuss their application domains. We then few examples recent works concerning films multilayers: (i) study interfacial step induced extended defects in Fe/Cr(001) systems; (ii) determination polarisation Ag/Fe/X (X = Pd, Cu, Ag Au) multilayered (iii) role (such as steps or ordered compounds) total magnetisation interlayer couplings; (iv) influence insertion noble metal monolayer (Cu) at interface (Co/Ru Co/Rh) on (v) stacking (hcp fcc) couplings Co/Rh superlattices. Finally, conclude by giving indications possible future improvements such simulations.
